While at the Tacoma Regional Training for World Ventures, Mr. Jeff Bolf spoke to a room full of people.

Jeff Bolf, is the only guy that has earned the International Marketing Director twice. He grew up in a small town. He graduated from a school with only 9 people. Humble beginnings.
He got into the insurance field after graduating from a college in Asheville, North Carolina. When he started in insurance, he had the mind frame of "I'm going to show everyone."
The goal was to show it 100 times a week. He knew it was going to be a good week if he got 12 "No's" on the first day. By getting a bunch of "no's" he knew that it was only a matter of time before he got those "yesses."
When he took a look at World Ventures, he was broke financially and emotionally. His house was going through foreclosure. For some, pressure breaks spirits, but for others it helps break records.
Jeff had two challenges: 1) His insurance business partner and 2) His wife. To address his partner, he simply gave him the keys to the business. To address his wife, who had heard these dreams before, he simply had a heart to heart conversation. She gave him 6 months (her birthday) to make some traction.For those whose spouse are not fully on board, sit down and talk with them about your goals with World Ventures.
As Jeff continues to tell his story, early on World Ventures only had ONE dream trip and it was booked. The technology was bad. It was really a start up company.
After some time, Jeff wasn't making the kind of money he was expecting. Just as he was prepared to hand in his resignation letter, one of the representatives told him how much he needed. If Jeff were to give his resignation, a check for that amount would be handed to him.
When he went home, home to a sick father, he spoke with his wife. His wife asked him if he was crazy. After all those nights sharing the business, he realized that he was going to stay in the business.
A few months later, he worked it out. He ended up reaching International Marketing Director (IMD).
Mr. Bolf tells a story about his wife and how she wanted to buy a new house. When he wrote that check, it cleared (crowd applauds).
To the audience, you have to get your thinking right. This means being around the campfire. Also, make a commitment to being here a year from now. For new people, this is the worst that it will ever be for you.
When you get your thinking right, nobody can tell you that this thing doesn't work. There are some dreamstealers out there. It can be your brother, cousin, or friend.
Are you hanging around people who are talking about dreams and goals or people who talk about people? From this point on, start hanging around people who are successful.
Your salary is a derivative of the top 5 people you hang around.
Remember, this business is YOUR business. Don't let anyone take that away from you. World Ventures is a life changer.
Jeff talks about how his 15 year old daughter has changed the way she thinks. Right now, she is building schools for people who are much less fortunate than they are.
