In less than an hour, the Triangle Startup Weekend here in Durham, NC will begin. Over the next 54 hours, I will attempt to "live blog" the entire event. So, if you're interested in what the Startup Weekend is all about, make sure to check back often for updates.

- 5:00pm – Registration starts
- 6:00pm – Dinner & Networking – Pizza in Bay 7
- 7:00pm – Joan Siefert Rose, CED – “Welcome to the Weekend”
- 7:10pm – Josh Whiton “Leading a Tech Team” introduced by Lea Strickland, Technovation
- 7:20pm – David Jones, Southern Capitol Ventures “How to Pitch Your Startup”,introduced by Mital Patel, Triangle Business Law
- 7:30pm – Alexander Macris, Themis Media Group “Why Entrepreneurs Rule”, introduced by Richard White, UserVoice
- 7:40pm – George Junginger, Groupstory, Emcee, introduced by Arik Abel, Triangle Interactive Marketing Association
- 7:50pm – Pitches Start
- 9:00pm – Attendees vote for the top ideas
- 9:30pm – Teams start forming and discussing ideas
- 10:00pm – Start to formalize teams and take an inventory of skills. Be honest, and direct about what resources and skills are needed for the weekend. You may stay and work as late as the venue will allow.
- 2:00am – Venue closes
- 8:30am – Arrive, simple breakfast & coffee – Bagels, break area of the American Underground
- 9:30am – Teams formed and setting up workspaces for the weekend
- 12:00pm – Lunch, Moe’s Catering, Break area of the American Underground
- 12:15pm – Nathaniel Talbott, Lean Startup “Launching a Lean Business”, introduced by Scott Klein, ReverbNation
- 12:30pm – Call for needs & skills: Opportunity for mid-point presentation check-in
- 2:00pm – Mentors help teams one-on-one. They are here to help!
- 6:00pm – Dinner – Farmhand Foods (sausage wagon food truck – veggie options) Next to North Deck, Pettigrew St.
- 7:30pm – Mid weekend check-in, status reports, call for help
- 10:00pm – Finished for the day. You may stay and work as late as the venue will allow.
- 2:00am – Venue closes
- 8:30am – Arrive, simple breakfast & coffee - Bagels, break area of the American Underground
- 10:00am - Mentors arrive… ASK QUESTIONS
- 12:00pm – Lunch – Only Burger Food Truck (veggie options) – next to North Deck/Pettigrew St.
- 2:30pm – Wrap up and head to Bay 7
- 3:00pm – FINAL PRESENTATIONS, Judging and Awards
- 5:00pm – TSW Group heads over to Durham Bulls Game
